The male perspective is clearly a lot different than that of the female perspective, that's how it's always been and that's how it will always be. The females got into the experiement easly because I believe a women getting into the role of a man is easy because it really doesn't affect the nature of a females feminine side. On the other hand a male getting into the role of a woman is hard because it affects the males masculinity, it's imbarassing for a male persay. The females in the experiment had a lot more fun in that time in 80's but I also think that the same would happen in the present time. As a man it takes time to dive into the things we like to analyze first then attack, as for a woman attack first then analyze. In the experiment the women actually dressed up like a male and went about town acting the part, getting sweaty and dirty, wearing male clothes, talking like a man and all that follows. The men didn't even indulge in any of this and if they did, did it in the comfort of their own home and would'nt even dare to go out in public dressed like a women. This experiment just goes against thousands of years of the natural male and female roles.

    Murakami and Marvell: Assignment 3
There are a few different pick-up lines in the short story that could have been said “On seeing the 100% perfect girl one beautiful April morning” written by Haruki Murakami, such as "Good morning, miss. Do you think you could spare half an hour for a little conversation?" or "Pardon me, but would you happen to know if there is an all-night cleaners in the neighborhood?" or "Good morning. You are the 100% perfect girl for me." (Murakami). The pick-up line that I think would have been most affective between those three pick-up lines used in the short story “On seeing the 100% perfect girl one beautiful April morning” by Haruki Murakami would be "Good morning, miss. Do you think you could spare half an hour for a little conversation?" (Murakami), because I think it would have been weird if a man came up to me and asked me if there was an all-night cleaner in town and I don’t think a women would like if a man just came out and said "Good morning. You are the 100% perfect girl for me." (Murakami). In the poem "To His Coy Mistress" written by Andrew Marvell he writes in a way that is very meaningful. During the first stanza, the speaker tells the mistress that if they had more time and space, her "coyness" wouldn’t be a "crime" (Marvell lines 1-2). In the second stanza he says, "But," he is telling her that life is short, and death lasts forever. He mentions that if she doesn’t have sex with him then when she dies the worms are going to take her ”virginity” (Marvell lines 7-8). In the third stanza he says, "Now," I’ve told you what will happen when you die, so let’s have sex while we’re still young. Hey, look at those "birds of prey" mating, basically saying look the birds are doing it so we should do it too (Marvell lines 5-7). In the final stanza the speaker says having sex will not make the “sun” stop moving but it we will be better off just having sex just to say we did it before we die (Marvell lines 11-13).
